Should You Tell or Keep Quiet

What would do if you saw a relative or friend's spouse/significant other with another woman/man together and they were very intimate. Do you feel that it's your obligation to inform your relative or friend of what you saw by telling them, taking pictures and/or videoing the scene as evidence or should you look the other way and mind your own business?
